At Alchimie-spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or unopened condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Alchimie-spa account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the provided return authorization slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
